You can't give less than 1 star, otherwise I would. We placed our order online. The price was over $45 for 3 pizzas and... breadsticks. The pizzas that were ordered were wrong. The breadsticks were cinnamon sticks and not breadsticks. Calling thestore multiple times we could only get ahold of someone that was at home and was taking orders. They tried multiple times tocontact the store who wasn't answering. We have written corporate and have not received any call backs. Will never order fromthem again. Read more

This is the worse location, it?s my neighborhood store so I order here for convenience. Every time I order at this store there... is some part of my order that they screw up. I ordered food yesterday, the employees failed to read the instructions forcurbside pick up, but whatever that wasn?t a big deal at first. Then they forgot a part of my order the wings. No one evenbothered to call me and tell me about it so I had to drive all the way back to the store. By the time I got home my whole orderwas cold due to the fact I had to wait once I got back to the store because ?they had to drop fresh wing?s because they werecold?. Next unfortunately, I ordered extra cheese on all of my pizzas; neither pizza had extra cheese, One pizza was drenched insauce I mean so much that it was leaking through the box! It?s very unfortunate the employees care so little not only about thecustomer but their job. No one offered a discount, any extra food for inconvenience or not even coupons! Don't even waist your time if you want delivery. Every time I order delivery I get a call saying the driver went home for the... night. Obviously they don't care about there business enough to change anything. The reviews are not exaggerated. You will bedisappointed. Read more

Delivery time said 25-35 minutes. When we called for an update, the ?manager? said it would be here in less than 5 minutes and... that she was sorry. We waited over an hour (10 minutes longer than the 5 minutes) and still no pizza. And yet, we need to tipupon ordering? We won?t do this again Read more

Placed a order online waited for a hour called the store to check on it just to find out that they canceled the order without ... calling me to let me know that it was canceled and they even took the money out and now have to wait 3 to 5 days to get themoney back very poor service for not calling me to tell me this place is a joke they never have delivery drivers it seems nomatter what time u call u guys need to do something for the inconvenience u cause cause the ur website doesn't say no deliverydrivers available fix this issue Read more

it took 2 hours for my food to arrive after being told it would take 45 minutes. after being sent a text my order was out for... delivery it hadn't shown up after 30 minutes. I called to find out where it was and they said it wasn't out for delivery yetdespite being told it was. they said those texts don't mean anything, but they would send it out right away. after waitinganother 20 minutes and still no food I called and said I no longer wanted my food and I wanted my order canceled and the chargetaken off my card. they told me it was already out for delivery. I told them it didn't matter and I didn't want my order. 30minutes later the food showed up. I told the driver to take it back I had already canceled my order. a few days later I see thecharge on my card statement. after talking to the general manager named Marcus, he said he would take care of it. 3 days later,it hasn't been taken care of. this is the worst chain location I've ever experienced.
