Potbelly?s is my favorite sandwhich shop. Never disappoints. This location is a nice one too.
This is a really bad potbelly's location. Management must not be competent or they will not pay enough wage to have a full-time... staff therefore their lobby is closed, two years after covid. Start paying a living wage and trust me you won't have staffingissues. Also your employee with 3 inch artificial nails making sandwiches? Gross. Her nails must poke through the gloves.Totally unsanitary to have super long long long nails in food service. Read more
The chicken pot pie soup was basically creamy water with almost nothing else in it and had no crumble topping on it. The... artichokes on the mediterranean sandwich were old and tough and inedible. The wreck sandwich had so many spicy peppers on itthat I thought it was a prank, more peppers than lettuce! And the drive thru took 40 minutes. So disappointing. Read more
