This is a really bad potbelly's location. Management must not be competent or they will not pay enough wage to have a full-time... staff therefore their lobby is closed, two years after covid. Start paying a living wage and trust me you won't have staffingissues. Also your employee with 3 inch artificial nails making sandwiches? Gross. The chicken pot pie soup was basically creamy water with almost nothing else in it and had no crumble topping on it. The... artichokes on the mediterranean sandwich were old and tough and inedible. The wreck sandwich had so many spicy peppers on itthat I thought it was a prank, more peppers than lettuce! And the drive thru took 40 minutes. So disappointing. Read more
Your website and password reset is absolute dog water. Changed my password and it still doesn't work. Seriously, these companies... are desperate for patrons yet they can't even run a basic website and sign in... Hire some competent employees/Programmers. I ordered a BLTA off of Grubhub, I was so excited because I heard all good things! But I don?t eat lettuce and my bacon was... soooo under cooked I ended up with a tomato and avacado sandwich but really just tomato because there was barely any avacado! SoI paid 40$ for a cookie, small salad and bread! Not worth that! I just wanted a sandwich that made me happy!!! Wish me luck onthe salad. Read more
I love potbelly, their sandwiches are amazing. But this specific location it is not good at all. Ordered a big Italian, no... capricola, they still added capricola. Somehow got tomatoes on my sandwich even though i did not order them?? Bread for mysandwich was stale and almost as hard as wood. Again I love potbelly but this location clearly does not care about the qualityof their food that their giving to the paying customer. Save you and your family the headache of unsatisfaction and buysomewhere else. Paid 20$ for my sandwich just to get the wrong order and stale bread. Read more
Was not impressed with ordering options. Drive thru only. Online preorders, nope, not this location. Phone orders? Not usually,... but a star for trying. Kind of a disaster though since everything needs to be explicitly said, "put it on the sandwich". Likemayo, lettuce etc. Very bad when we had 8 sandwiches to get through.
