Food was fine lobster was over cooked but still good. Broccoli was wilted. Other person in the party ordered something and... requested something to be taken off and it wasn’t. No biggie he ate around it. But the real kicker was waiting up front forsomeone to come up for a while and then the server being very absent. Forgot to give us silverware or crab cracker twice andtook a while to even realize we needed refills on drinks. Food was ok but the service was pretty bad. Servers were just runningaround and yelling to each other the whole time. Probably will go back to a red lobster just not this red lobster. Waited for a while to be seated no one was there, eventually a waitress sat me. Food was ok, had double lobster tail with... broccoli and a baked potato with a lobster sauce on top. Lobster wasn’t fully cleaned and potato wasn’t cooked fully, withvery little lobster sauce on top. The food was timely, waitress was quick and asked after bringing the food if everything wasgood. The food was alright, not what I would have expected for the price point. The biscuits were great as always. I'm currently... bulking so I tried to maximize the cost for the amount of food I would get. It was pretty standard shrimp and scallops but notworth 36 dollars. Our server was okay, she seemed a little forgetful and forgot multiple things throughout the meal. That'sokay, long days are hard and it's excusable. The thing that did bother me was she was passive aggressive towards my table andhad remarks about everything. Saying my friend ate her soup weird, there was no way I could eat that much, and that mygirlfriends ranch was on her sandwich "it wasn't". All and all it was just an okay meal and experience. Our waitress was amazing! Great service. I didn't know how to open and eat crab, so she showed me how to crack open the cabs... legs and get the meat out. They were Super skilled too! Anyhow, great food+service, good atmosphere and overall a lovely placeto visit for either a date night or a fancy family outing! Recommended++ Read more

I came to this location with my parents just to spend a little time together. We came on a weekday for the "all u can eat"... shrimp. I started with the fried shrimp and the scampi. The food was cooked perfectly! They were plump and juicy. Our server hadonly been there for four days and had to get help a couple of times but was patient with us and always willing to get theanswers we needed. She was very friendly and attentative. Last evening my husband and I were in the mood for seafood, so we decided to have dinner at the Red Lobster in Mount Pleasant,... Wisconsin. Upon entering the restaurant, we were promptly greeted by the hostess and seated in a booth. Our server came to ourbooth within minutes of our arrival to take our order. The beverages, biscuits, appetizer, and main/side dishes arrived in atimely manner. Our food was fresh and hot when it was served to us. Our server checked with us frequently throughout the meal.We will be returning to this Red Lobster in the future! Read more

Cici was our waitress and she was AMAZING. She was constantly checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything more. Drinks... were refilled without even having to ask. Food was delicious. Kept our biscuits filled! Celebrated my husband's birthday andthey gave him a piece of cake on the house and even wrote happy birthday on the plate. Read more
