Starbucks has good seasonal coffees. Just use allow time because there?s always a line at the drive thru.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years. Up until recently it was wonderful. I went to get my son a hot chocolate. The... drive through was long so I went in. Only needed that 1 drink. Walked in I was the 2nd person to order. Customer after customercame in for mobile orders. After waiting for 15 minutes for a small hot chocolate I finally asked why my drink hadn't been madeyet. The employee informed me that mobile orders get made before in store customers. So if people are continually mobileordering my order will be bumped down till they have time to make them. UMMMMM WHAT! I am a paying customer in your store. Ishould not be bumped down because someone who is still on their way ordered a drink. I have been to many Starbucks and this isnot their policy. I will no longer be visiting this particular Starbucks. This store has gone down hill unfortunately. I alsowalked out without my drink. Read more

My order was completely wrong, I asked for my drink to be made a specific way and I got charged extra for them to NOT make it... the way I asked? smh and not to mention wasn?t even told my total in the drive through and got ignored until I pulled up to thewindow? I?d give you guys zero stars if I could. I?m from ohio and I?ve never had an issue with any of our star bucks? Read more

Friendly, fast service. Always great coffee... but I got a Grande Chai Tea Latte tonight. It was delicious! Even though the... line in the drive-thru was long, it went fast. (Sorry... I don't have a pic of my drink.). I recommend this Starbucks! Read more

I love this friendly location, but I always keep it simple. I like my coffee tall, black, and hot. They get it right everytime... and fill it nice and full! And whenever I order a bag of coffee beans, they always ask if I would like it ground. I like mybeans dark and whole, and they get that right, everytime, too. I suggest putting a Starbucks inside of Target to alleviate thelines during the day, but what do I know? Keep up the good work Starbucks by the mall. I always appreciate the service with asmile. I had 2 gift cards that looked identical. One with leftover money and a brand new $15 card. I handed her the leftover card first... and then my total left was $1 something after, so I give her the fresh gift card, she swipes it and then throws it out. Asked ifthere was still money on it and she ?checks? it comes back and said the balance was $0? I assume she grabbed the first card thatWAS actually zero (both gift cards looked the same) and left the fresh one in the trash. I feel robbed.. Read more

I ordered ahead and my drink was ready about a minute before the scheduled pickup time. Meanwhile, the drive through line was... nearly at max capacity so definetly consider ordering ahead at this location. My drink tasted good and met expectations. Gettingin and out was a little bit difficult with only a single point of entry through the mall parking lot but did not add too muchtime onto my travels. Read more

I come here EVERY DAY and not once have I ever complained about anything. I ask for extra Carmel in my drink and they have... always given me either none. Or way to much. I just let it go because it?s not a huge deal but today the lady came up to thewindow saying ?I used half a bottle? and walked away. They filled half my cup up with Carmel. What makes it so hard to doextra Carmel. I could understand if I was complaining to them all the time but not once have I , so now I can?t even drink mydrink because they put literally half a bottle of Carmel in it. It?s not that hard to just put a little bit in. I don?t pay 6dollars a coffee to not even get coffee. Do better !!! Every day it is something. I never thought extra Carmel would be sohard to understand The attitude and passive aggressiveness is uncalled for when the customer comes everyday and never oncecomplained. Read more
