I ordered the Mexican pizza combo on the app. Then went to Taco Bell on Washington Ave. and Green Bay Rd. to go inside to pick... it up. But the doors were locked so now I am forced to sit in the very very very long and lengthy drive thru to "pick up" myorder that I ordered on the app. By the time I got to the window of disgruntled employees that were apparently born rude. Theygave me a COMPLETELY different order. It was 4 soggy tacos and 3 cold and hard burritos. This has to be the worst Taco Bell onthe planet!!! Read more
Came through a little after lunch ordered two chicken quesadillas. After a 10 minute wait at the window for the food, I got home... to realize I was served two beef burritos. Very disappointed with service and staff seemed overworked and uncaring. Read more
This is legitimately the worst Taco Bell. The staff will come up with any excuse not to take your order. System is down, out of... all ingredients, can?t take cash/card (depends on which one they decide that night). You?re telling me if the entire system isdown and can?t take orders the establishment just wants to keep it open and paying all these people to do nothing? I was out and about this morning looking for breakfast and stopped at this location. They didn?t seem to be open but I saw no... postings of it being closed so I called. First phone call someone answered and hung up. Second phone call someone answered, so Iasked if they were open. The lady responded ?No? and I said ?Oh why?? And she said ?Because we don?t have enough staff, wouldyou like to come and open the store??. I responded and said ?I was just asking, I?m not sure why you have to be rude .? And shehung up on me mid sentence. What kind of customer service is that?? I understand times are crazy with employment but that is notat all how to handle it. Read more
