We enjoyed a very nice evening at Vero. They didn't have a vegetarian option on the menu, but Chef Howard suggested an Eggplant... Parmesan, which turned out to be excellent. The proprietor, Anthony, said they are working on adding some vegetarian-friendlyitems to their menu. We had a very nice bottle of wine. It was altogether a most pleasant and enjoyable evening.
