Me and my mother used to love this place and come frequently together. It is our place we go together. Today, we wanted to do... the same and noticed a cash only sign on the door. Okay, perfectly fine. We go in and ask just to make sure so if it is notstill cash only, we don?t make an extra trip for no reason. We get a comment from a woman with grey hair. Well the GeneralManager, Linda, was off shift in normal clothes and had the nerve to say ?You can read can?t you there?s a sign.? This immediatehits a nerve because my friends work there, so of course we are always kind to any staff and that sentence was no different. Iwalk out and my mother is inside asking if it was a customer. I walk out and her and her friend start listing atms while I amnot paying them any mind. The manager starts being hostile. This location is consistently awful after giving it numerous chances. On this particular evening, my wife and I dined in and it... wasn?t busy, we were able to order promptly. We both ordered alcohol and I had to wait a long time for my drink as the waitresstold me two different times that they were out of Ingredient. The waitress never gave my wife the water she asked for and Ididn?t get my sweet tea until much later after having to ask. No silverware provided until halfway through the appetizer, had toask for that as well. We saw a table that was seated shortly after us leave because they didn?t receive service clearly unhappy.We ended up getting our meal to go and they gave my wife the incorrect side dish. Clearly this restaurant needs assistance withpacing meals, customer service, and preparing orders correctly. We will never return to this location. Read more
Got the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo, it was a nice serving but broccoli was not cooked (totally raw), for a salad that would be... fine but in pasta it should be cooked. One really done breadstick. Read more
This was our first time coming in over 2 years due to bad experiences in the past. We gave it another shot tonight for half off... apps. It was great! The food was good and the service was better. Fun atmosphere and good music. Read more
Pretty mid to be honest. They were pretty dead at about 8pm when we went, yet very slow, cigarette smelling service from our... waitress(although she was very friendly.) Food took longer than expected but could have been due to less cooks(just giving thebenefit). Plate was scolding hot for whatever reason but my food was close to cold(mine wasn't the only meal like this.) My 4cheese mac seemed cheeseless yet the flavors of the chicken were on point. Read more
Not a great location. My queso was ice cold. My wings were bland and dry. The cheese fries were also bland. It's as if the queso... was just flour & milk...no flavor. For the price I expected better. Read more
This burger was ordered with no pink, a little pink would've been acceptable, the inside of the burger is literally raw. There's... no way this thing temped. Not even close. We were also missing 2 orders of french fries. This was a mobile order so it's notlike we could send the burger back or ask for our fries. 2 meals and an app cost $50. Not worth it at all. Read more
