Went to the inside drive thru lane. Guy asked if could I wait a minute. I said no problem. After a few minutes car's started... going through the outside lane one right after another. I waited a little longer and after I seen 2 vehicles order, pull up tothe window and get their food and drive off. I drove off and went to other burger King in Radcliff service was great at thatone! Today customer service was terrible. Young man working had a terrible attitude problem. Told me to hang on at Drive thru waited... for ever. Never took my order. Two cars went thru Drive thru # 2 still didnt take order. Pulled behind both cars. Told him I waswaiting for him to take my order and got smart ask me what yo want. Told him. Be awhile before we go back there. He was a youngred head with freckles. Very rude. Has no customer service experience at all. No business working there. Manager needs to getinvolved quickly. Apparently, they are not worried about their customers pockets. I was double charged more than two weeks ago by the GENERAL... MANAGER. She couldn?t figure out how to give my money back as quick as she took it. I was told it had to be the district managerNicole whom isn?t any more competent than the GM. I don?t care if it is a penny. If you over charged me I want my money back.Now they have given me no choice but to write reviews about my experience. Just like a few months ago, severely major issues going on still. Only 3 employees working. Plus side, the employees didn't... look like they was on meth. Place hasn't been cleaned in a while. One drive thru customer came in to pay and was told theywas 10 to 20 minutes backup etc. She told them to throw it away. Took them forever to order and then the fries where cold.
