We love Domino?s. The main drawback for this location is that they make a mistake every time we order. If you?re okay with long... delivery times, botched orders, incorrect charges, but good pizza - it?s not that bad. Update. Went into this location to pickup. Total madness! I understand why our orders are late and usually wrong. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but were stillprofessional and nice to deal with. I ordered two pies to go. Of course, one was still made incorrectly. I?ll upgrade to 4-starssince that team is working hard to bring us delicious pizza! Read more
Order placed at 19:50 and Quality check began at 20:03 but did not leave store until 20:31 with expected delivery time of 18... minutes. 1 hour for a pizza is long enough for me to drive somewhere else and get something better myself. Delivery was made at20:57 with 23 minutes still showing on the tracker clock. If a quality check requires 23 minutes perhaps the customer should benotified and if a delivery takes 67 minutes for an order to be placed and delivered, tepid not hot, on a 6 mile 8 minute drivethen a courtesy call should be considered instead of adding more stops and stress to the delivery driver. I will never order from this location ever again! Waited over an hour for a pizza that never left the store. The employee who... answered the phone said they were "waiting on the driver" for over 30 minutes. The pizza sat in the warmer from 10:19 until Icanceled (11:04). Requested to speak to a supervisor whom had no type of remorse. Either close down or hire competent staff. Read more
Hannah was absolutely amazing fantastic delivery driver. Even though our order was wrong she was very apologetic and very quick... to correct the order. Positive review is needed. I had surgery today all I wanted was pizza and bbq wings. Ordered it! They came so quick and my food... was HOT like just came out the oven hot. I want to say that the cook and the delivery driver was so nice. The only thing thatwas missing was my receipt or I would have went online to do the tell Pizza Hut.com I made a review. I did call the store andlet them know that the cook and the driver was great but I want management to know that this was a good product and deliverytoday. Thanks guys for making my day. Read more
If I could give it 0 stars I certainly would. I will say, any time we've had any issues there Melissa, the managers name is the... one stamped to it. We ordered 3 large pizzas at 7:25pm, was notified via Domino's app at 7:36pm that my order was out of theoven and being checked for quality. It wasn't until 8:37pm that the order was finally on it's way. Finally at 9:06pm it arrives(I live approximately 12 miles, or 6 minutes away). Needless to say, there was no heat whatsoever emanating from the boxes...See photos, they say it all! That's what they actually looked like when i opened it! I said if hell naw. Gross! Dominos overcharged us last week. Weve called several times and spoke to Managers and a worker they said yes its happening to... a lot of people and they're working on the problem.We still have no refund.
