This place is our breakfast go to! Staff is friendly. When you go inside reminds me of an old mom and pop cafe. Clean, food is... great and for a great price, wait staff is quick on their feet, and your coffee is always full. Read more

Walked in store sat at dirty table only one open. 3 servers walked past table and 15 mins elapsed before first word said to our... table. Another 10 mins for menus and 20 for food. Kids chocolate milk was white milk with a dash of chocolate syrup the milk wasstill white in color. Looked forward to trying new morning routine breakfast spot only to be highly disappointed. I took an hour to get my order of three entree's chopsteak and country fried chicken. I understand they are short on employees,... however I sat here and waited for food as my family waited back home. It would have been way faster just to go next door toburger king. The staff were all stressed and there a sense of all being overwhelmed. I heard employees lashing out at eachother. After receiving the food and getting it home, all the food was absolutely cold. Mind you it was only a 5 minute drive.The food was barely warmed before boxing. I had to heat up all the food the fries were barely blanched the gravy was as cold asif from the fridge. Management would benefit from examining the staffing schedule and placing more employees on the eveningshift to help out business. A few changes could really help improve the overall customer satisfaction. Read more

Don't waste your time, came in on Saturday night...sign said open, they said they close in 4 mins sorry you should leave....I... said...ok, went down the road to waffle house. Pitiful. Review Response: This is how a company answers a review in a way thatis worse than not answering at all. It is clear that whoever is responding did not read or investigate my experience in anyway. The store was open, we arrived prior to it closing, staff was in the store cleaning up, staff was unwilling to serve us oroffer to serve us because it was "close" to closing time. Please update your policy and posted hours to include the following: Open until 12AM, no orders or customers accepted into the store 30 mins prior. Or just change your closing time to 11:30. Thedoors were unlocked and the staff maintained the hours and were just unwilling to do anything other than close up and go home. Would it be acceptable if we showed up and the staff on hand just said they don't feel like taking our order at 5pm? Please donot patronize my review by pulling out a pandemic card about staffing and hours. You do control what you allow in your businessand that is why I am posting a review so others will know also that if they care about service they will choose a differentbusiness. Refusing service due to staffing or equipment failure is one thing. Your employees refusing service because theydidn't feel like it, is a complete other. Your response to the review is further proof. The manager was horrible. Rude to the other waiter (Coral). The 5 star is for coral(not sure of spelling) heard the other girls... say it. She?s a skinny Caucasian girl with black hair. The manager is skinny Caucasian with fake eye lashes and highlights inhair. You should never correct employees in front of customers!!! Very unprofessional?. That looked like harassment to me. For beginners, I waited approximately 40 plus minutes for my food. The waitress threw straws on my table while yelling at the... cook that everyone got a smoke break but her. The floors were so nasty with food all over them and very greasy. The floorswere actually slick, they were so greasy. A waitress dropped a tortilla in the floor and just left it. I would love to knowwho the manager is. This was the worst service I have ever received. And when it was time to pay, I got no ticket, so I wentto the register and it took her 9 minutes to get me a ticket and cash me out. One star was very generous! They had plenty ofstaff. The cook did actually quit when I was paying. Read more

Great service for being very shortly staffed!!!... Food was cooked properly but lacked in flavor and overall quality! None of... our 4 meals wasn't as presentable as the menu made them look. Probably worst Huddle House we've ever dined at. Had only 1waitress serving all tables, plus she had to work the counter alone as well. I felt very bad for her and the one cook. Managerjust sit in the back and done NOTHING to assist his crew. VERY SAD to see and doesn't deserve the leadership title not onebit!!! Read more

Had breakfast for dinner last night with the family. The food was great, huge portions and great service. The pancakes are huge!... Couldn't ask for more, we will definitely be back. Read more
