They got our order wrong, we told them 4 times at the window. And after getting home still found out they didn't fix anything. ... I will not be using the radcliff kfc anymore. I went to KFC in Radcliff Kentucky to get a 12 pices meal and I here someone in the back say big orders, mine you its only 8 pm... so I ask the clerk what time do you close and he said 10:30 pm. This isn't no Popeyes, but it gets the job done. Ever since the OG KFC guy passed, the chicken isn't the same. Kinda like how... Papa John's Pizza isn't Papa John's Pizza like we use to know. Anyways, it's hit or miss here at this location. But when it'sdone right and on time, you'll not be disappointed. Stop telling people its going to be at least a 20 minutes for a 12 piece family meal because you don?t want to work. No... costumers on the drive thru or inside at 535pm in the afternoon. Last I checked KFC pressure cooks chicken, not slow cook! Whatkind of chicken takes 20 minute to deep fry? KFC your employees at this location are costing you business.
