I got food from the drive through tonight after 10:00 pm I ordered a Smokey BLT QPC Large meal, first I have to say the fries... was very cold, the QPC had no bacon on it, look like they just threw a whopper patty on the sandwich, mayo, cheese n tomato, andthe sandwich was cold too! Also bought a Big Mac just the sandwich n figured that sandwich was cold n through together so sloppytoo! These McDonald?s managers need to watch how their employees prepare every meal or hire a quality control person to makesure every meal is prepared correctly, hot and fresh! This was a waste of over $16.00 plus the gas wasted to drive there andback home! Terrible! I also waited for my food for about 10 minutes and it still came out cold! Read more
Always friendly Tonight their service was extremely poor. Waited forever for 2 ice cream cones. We blew the horn they kept... ignoring us and when we finally got them we asked for napkins and the guy disappeared and never came back. So we drove off. Thatis the worst service I ever had. Was pretty hot outside, would've been nice to have a shake, but (surprise, surprise!) the machine was down. "The machine is... down" is getting really old. I used to work at McDonald?s when I was in Highschool. I love McDonald?s and as much as I have purchased over the years I should... have purchased stock in McDonald?s. LOL! It is a nice place to be to relax and eat. No playground but that was just to keep thesickness between the children down from what I heard. Just another blessing these days. Read more
This branch isn't too bad, but they love to forget to give you your sauce for the nuggets. I can't tell you how many times I've... come home to no sweet and sour sauce. I mean, the nuggets are good by themselves, but better with that sauce. Read more
Why do we always have to check our food to ensure the order is correct. I always end up kicking myself because this industry is... just notorious for getting our food wrong. Parking is mostly reserved for delivery. Ordering was fine. And sat down and waited for my order, and I kept hearing orders... after mine being called. I walked to the counter and saw my order sitting there. When the manager handed it to me I askedpolitely if it had been sitting for a while. She told me that it was an empty bag.
