My husband ordered our daughter and I pizza and bread sticks it was like $35 the pizza came here and got delivered. The driver... had me sign the receipt so I did. She then decided to write her own tip for $10 with out authorization. What she did was theftand credit card fraud. We only found out because the next day $45 and change was taken out our account. Be carful ordering herethe drivers will write their own tip I?m sure it did not only happen to us. I also don?t believe they fired her for it. Read more

SHELBY the manager at this Papa John's in Radcliff is AWFUL and SHOULDN'T be a manager. She refused to correct the order that... was made incorrectly and the order was also opened! The seal on the food was BROKEN! SHELBY refused to give a refund and sherefused to correct the order and blamed the driver for the order being opened but then stated that she knew that the driverwould never mess up a order. VERY RUDE MISERABLE LADY. SHELBY IS CONSTANTLY UNHELPFUL AND CALLS THE CUSTOMER A LIAR ANYTIME YOUCALL ABOUT AN ORDER THAT THEY MAKE WRONG EVERYTIME WE ORDER. SHELBY is going to make Papa John's lose customers. SHELBY needs toget another job and take some lessons in PROPER communication and EMPATHY for another person/customer. SEVERAL customers we'vetalked to have the SAME complaint about SHELBY. Not coming back here. There's way better pizza and business somewhere else. Read more
The website glitched and told me that my card information was wrong but I was still charged. I called to confirm my order went... through and a woman there said it did. I waited 2 hours for my order that never showed, I called back and they said they don?thave an order for me. I had to place another order and had to wait 30 more minutes. I got my pizza and it was cut terribly, youcouldn?t pull the slices apart without ripping the whole slice and they didn?t cook it long enough all of the toppings includingcheese would slide off. Also when I came to pick up my pizza the workers were all sitting outside smoking right at the frontdoor. I would give zero stars if I could. Read more
They were polite when I went inside to order. Their menu could use and upgrade. Was disappointed when I opened my sauce to fine... it barely had any in it. Glad I gave a tip for half service. Read more
New Papa John's foldable, NY style pizza is funny! Looks like the same size at the large until I did a side by side comparison... with a dominoes medium. TF! Guess I paid for the NY price and received the almost large. Somebody should start running funnyunderground commercials just in time for the Super Bowl. I'll act for free because I am LMAO right now!
