Most of the time when I go its a quick and easy experience with positive results. However, the other day I ordered 48 wings... (pretty expensive) and they were all but unsauced!!!! I called up there and the manager ( i believe his name wasTerrence)absolutely refused to accept any fault. He told me the wings were sauced to the recommended amount and there was nothing hecould do.... when I pay 30 + dollars for wings I expect it to be sauced enough where I'm not seeing more bare chicken thansaucy... We went to pizza hut and upon walking in i was like they are not even open, but they were. We asked are u open and were told... counter order only we have no servers tonight. So while we were there, there were 3 people "working" one taking orders, 2 doingnot sure what, the person at the counter is taking orders, making pizzas, cutting pizzas, putting them in boxes and handing tocustomers. He did great but everyone was waiting 30 min plus depending on people coming in to order. The company needs to stepin and see what is going on in this location for sure. Food is always fresh on the Buffett my kids like going here. I would say they need better customer when it comes to the tables.

We decided on a quick take out meal since we we tired. We got a large 4 topping with 6 piece wings and cheese bread and it cost... $40. The pizza and wings were good but the cost is prohibitive. It will be awhile before we go back. Read more
