I'd like to say the food sucks or something but this will now make my 4th trip out here and not even get to order. Always some... weird excuse. Like last time was they couldn't take orders cause they were a minor and the person in the kitchen couldn'teither. That's when they actually answer the speaker. I love sonic but this is well known at this point for being a completejoke. Read more

We ordered a kids chicken tenders meal, a cherry slush and a lemonade. We waited and waited and...waited for trash! I can not... believe they would serve someone's child this garbage! The chicken tenders were burnt and the fries snapped like twigs! Someoneneeds to step in at this location... Wow! Read more

I've been to this location 3 times in the last 10 days and have been told each time that they're not serving food due to not... having employees to cook. I understand having a lack of personnel, however I don't understand how you can have 4 employeessitting around in front of the restaurant not doing anything and a manager on duty who doesn't know how to cook or train someoneto help them cook food. There's obviously a management issue at this location and corporate definitely needs to get involved. Read more

I know every place is short handed on employees but I sat in one of their stalls today for 15 minutes no one answered the call... button. So someone had pulled up next to us and they were answered right away. So I moved to the next stall thinking maybe itwas out of order just like a lot of them have signs on them but again no one answered it so I left. That's definitely not theway to do business guys. Poor service and understaffed. We waited 20 minutes to submit our order. After 20 minutes, the waitress asked us to wait a few... more. When she came back on, she informed us that they had no cook and only snacks and drinks were available. We informed theperson beside us and left. Read more

We had a fair experience here. The main reason being was there was seemingly only one person being the car hop/waitress and... unbeknownst to us she was understandably far behind taking and delivering people's food orders. Instead of placing your foodorder at the parking kiosks you gave your order in person to the car hop/waitress who came around to you as she was able to. Wenever seen any signs that indicated the speaker's where you usually placed your order at where not working. Lots of people werecoming in then leaving. We waited 30 minutes probably for our food as the one person was overwhelmed by several waitingcustomers. The car hop/waitress was kind and respectable but never offered us any explanation as to what the problem was.Usually they are more efficient than this. My husband usually like eating here but considering the situation it could and shouldhave been a better experience. We received our food and the sandwiches were good but the onion rings were not the breading wasso thick on the onions and tasted like it should have been cooked longer. I wish I could report a better experience perhaps theproblem they seemed to be having that one day has been fixed. There was a lot of would be customers coming in and trying toplace their food orders at the kiosks but quickly leaving when they received no response. Thank you for your time. Read more

This location doesn't deserve 1 star. Literally, waited 40 mins for order, then was told they're out of 1 item I ordered. Tried... something else. Waiting another 20 minutes for that lol. It's ridiculous. You have to laugh. Manager walked out on herteam. Guys playing in the back, eating, the place should be shut down. The young lady with black hair took orders and broughtthem out was the only reason from not getting irritated. She was very respectful and thanked everyone for waiting, but whew thatteam is making her work performance look awful. Please find yourself a better work place. She deserves it. Sonic doesn't deserveher. Read more
