The food is always great here, and staff is extremely friendly. Last time I ate from this place, the food was fresh, hot and... very tasty! My only complaint I would have about this location is the parking lot is very crammed and hard to get around oncethey are busy. It can become very overwhelming trying to get out of the parking spot or even parking lot. I have found iteasier to sometimes park next door at Freddys just to make sure I can easily get out of there. Read more

I was here with my father to pick up food. Rather than the drive thru, we went inside and used the kiosk. We could both hear the... employees behind the counter as clear as day laughing and talking about the way my dad looks. My dad is a single parent with 3rd shift hours, it's only natural he looks rough. Nothing wrong about the food, it's just very disrespectful to make fun ofrandom customers. This location has really turned itself around . 5 years ago I gave three stars .today happy to give 5 . I've visited several... times lately the employees treat you right the food is prepared correctly each time. I'm glad to say it has been betterexperiences each time. Keep up the good work. Read more

The worst Taco Bell I've ever seen. I ordered delivery and half the items were missing. When I called them the worker I talked... to had a bad attitude, lied about being a manager, and just didn't seem to care much at all about the service I got.They triedto blame the delivery person for the missing food but when I called them back a second time they said that they found the bagwith the rest of my order. We asked about getting the rest of our food delivered but they said we would have to come pick it up.When we got there they tried to chase us out of the restaurant saying we weren't supposed to be inside even though the websiteclearly says they are providing dine in service. Cars were moving through the drive-thru at a snail pace even though they had afull staff inside and were not having to serve dine-in customers. My overall impression is that the management and workers thereare all lazy with a care less attitude. And this is not an isolated incident. I've had other similar problems with this store.The franchise owner needs to strongly consider replacing management. Read more

I got the soft tacos this time but I think that was . usually get hard tacos I don't know why but these were not very well... put . I ordered onions on my tacos and did not get any and it was only four tacos. sub par performance today. Read more

Lobby closed again. Placed a mobile pickup order online. Said my order should be ready at 5:37. Get to store doors are locked.... Told need to go thru the drive thru. Its now 6 pm and I haven't even made it to the speaker. It's ridiculous. I only have a 30minute lunch break at work. Mobile app does not give me the option to cancel my order and when you call to tell them they can'thelp you either. This is twice this has happened. Read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars! I have never been so disrespected for just saying thank for an order. My friend and I placed... online orders and proceeded to wait 25 minutes for our orders after showing up to the restaurant with no one in the drivethrough line and no one in the lobby! The only person that greeted or even spoke to us was the very nice cashier, which had togo to the kitchen and tell the line workers that we were here for our pick up. We never complained about having to wait for ourorder and when we got our food, I proceeded to say ?thank you very much? and then woman who gave my the bag looked me up anddown and just walked away. The very least they could have done was have some manners! Won?t be coming to this location again. Read more

This is the worst location I have ever been to, the service is extremely slow.
