It's mcdonald's. They are always packed around the building, and the service could be quicker should people want to work. They... do well with their team, and we aren't shy to eating their. Horrible service in Drive through. Went through first time the woman said they don't have my order. It was paid and had... confirmation. Had to go through again total time. 25 minutes. No apologies nothing. Yes they are busy I get it. Fast food ishard, I get that too. But come on the time waiting is so bad I could have gotten food in Cburg or Bburg faster by driving there.Do better Radford Fairlane McDonalds. Read more
Slowest service for fast food I have ever experienced!!!!!!!! Ordered on kiosk to expediate the order...20 minutes later... received a cold breakfast. Advise you eat at home it will be just as fast and warm. Read more
Took 10 or more minutes for the employees to take my order, it was busy but no one even said anything to me. Service was okay at... best, the soda machine had no drinks (they were all empty and unchanged) and one of the soda machines straight up wasn'tworking. Very lackluster establishment, I wouldn't recommend going to this one. Read more
slow line, gave me the wrong order and accused me of already picking up because they were moving so slow. when the manager asked... what i needed because i remained at the window i said just the rest of my food. i provided her with a receipt, she said we gavethat out. i said if you?re going to be rude, please refund my money she said ?no refunds? and slammed the window in my face, hername is Nancy! she is very rude. I have tried to be patient with this restaurant, I?ve tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I have come down... to the point where I?d have to make a complaint. So I?ve been here multiple times and within the last few months each timesomething has been missing. I got a kids meal, and they didn?t even put the chicken nuggets in the box? I asked and also paidfor more items that I had requested once before and I also did not receive them, I live 12 minutes away and the line is usuallylong so it?s not easy to fix the problem, after having issues multiple times you would think some adjustments would be made. Ona side not the manager was really nice with handling the situation, but overall some people may need to be trained again.it?s isvery unprofessional. Read more
1) Didn't have the right buns for their new chicken sandwiches 2) Didn't have the pales for kids meals 3) Took 15 minutes 4)... Forgot a toy in one of my kids meals Overall I would not recommend unless under new management. It isn't even convenient withthe 15 minute wait. Do not support this business in the state it is in.
