I ordered online to pick up in lobby. They wouls not let me in lobby. Said it was closed and I had to go through the long drive... thru line even though my order was on mobile order rack. There were 5 staff members in the restaurant. A girl was mopping andwould not look at me. Terrible service. Ignoring customers is just not appropriate at anytime. Read more

I like the remodel, and the food quality has definitely gone up! The building is WAY TOO cold though, the AC is fully cranked... even on chilly days; and they didn't fix the janky front door in the remodel so it's still a bit difficult to get in. Read more

Drive thru staff is always awesome. Give all the sauces and make sure your taken care of at the window. Fast and polite.

The location is great. But I've gotta give it 3 stars because I heard one of the employees at the drive-thru say, "oh no, I... forgot their cinnamon twists" speaking about the people before me, and the other said, "who cares. Mobile app wouldn't let me order because it said restaurant was closing soon even though it was 2pm. Then when I tried to order... what I was going to in person, the manager or someone said I couldnt order that, it was only through the app. I explained theapp issue and he just said again you cant order that. Not very good customer service and its no wonder their always hiring, evenbefore covid. Read more
