Ordered online. It said to go inside to pick it up. The inside was locked due to not enough workers? So we parked where it said... pickups. Walked to the drive thru window and the lady said we had to go thru the drive thru. The line was so long . I was upsetbecause we was in a hurry and that's why we ordered online pickup. But it took over 30 minutes from the pick-up time weselected to get our food. So many things couldve been done to prevent this and make a better process. So very disappointed..... Read more

After waiting forever I got 3 large chilis; after getting home I noticed they were Half Full. Incompetent employees & Bad MGMT... causes this. I tried to call them 4x?s and zNO answer!! This place suxs!!!!! Read more

Super excited to be able to eat inside again. Food was hot. Customer Service was great and I love that they have the new coke... machines and your able to choose your drinks! Read more

Only come to this Wendy's if you want long wait times, incorrect orders, and rude customer service. Look I understand that... there's a staffing shortage right now, but this is just ridiculous. I go to Wendy's a lot (more often than I should) and everysingle time the employees are rude. I understand that you can't always have a smile after a busy but you have to talk to peopleanyways, the least you can do is say hello. Not only that but you don't need to bark the order total out the window so rudely.On top of that I don't think there's a single time this Wendy's hasn't messed up some part of the order. Either messing it up inthe process of ordering or somewhere along the way. Always items missing, incorrect items, half filled fries, cold food, andhaving to go back through the drive through or trying to contact their impossible to reach customer service. I understand it'sonly fast food but I've quite frankly gotten better service at 7/11 and two in the morning from a stoned college student. Eithertrain your people better, get more people, or close down this location and move the employment to other Wendy's. Because thisstore really ain't worth the trouble. Read more

The staff was unprofessional. The young guy at the window was more concerned about having the other workers fill his own... order... because.. "I havn't eaten since I got up this morning, and I'm not leaving here hungry!" Instead of getting my orderright. I ordered a baconator combo, and got a regular double hamburger combo, which I'm sure was less expensive than what I paidfor! I probably got the "hungry kid's" order! I won't be back! Plenty of other places to eat that are more concerned about theircustomers rather than themselves! Read more
