Eat at jersey mikes all the time. This time was by far the sloppiest way they made my two giant subs. I got a #7 and a veggie... giant. Holly was by far the worst experience I had at any jersey mikes I have ever been to. Didn?t seem like she wanted to evenwork there. Read more

The manager Kat has gone above and beyond to make our team boxed dinner night an amazing experience. After reaching out to 2... other Jersey Mikes locations, Kat was willing to go the extra mile and take the orders and get them to our school, despite herlocation being further away. They gave me an incomplete order and did not put my chips in the bag. I didn?t find out until I got home... Seriously how hard... is it to remember to put chips in a bag? My sandwich was also missing a lot of ingredients I added and even though I ordered the?regular? size my sandwich was tiny. The two girls working there didn?t look up or say a word to me once even after I said havea good night. I don?t think they even care. I?m never going here again I will be sticking to primo hoagies from now on. I willbe contacting my credit card company for a refund. Avoid at all costs. Read more
I had an amazing experience with Jersey Mike?s. I have Celiac Disease, and they were extremely thorough and followed all the the... protocols to make sure there weren?t any cross contamination, all while being very busy. They cleaned the meat slicer, switchedout the cutting board, washed hands, changed gloves, used condiments that were in squeeze tubes since the condiments out areused with a knife that is touching bread, and my sub was on its own paper. Their gluten free sub is wonderful, and For the firsttime, I felt 100% comfortable eating at a fast food restaurant. Read more
My first time eating here and my last.. The cheesesteak beef was dry and burnt. I had a giftcard for here. My cheesesteaks I... make at home are way better. If you're looking for taste , go somewhere else. If your looking for a fast sandwich. They do makeit quickly. I give them that. If you decide to eat it and not choke, use alot of ketchup. Lol. Smh.
