I ordered food yesterday the driver refused to come to my door. I don?t live in a dangerous area. I asked him to come up to my... door and he said ?no but you can come down here? so I had to lug my sick kids downstairs to collect my pizza. I don?t know howthis place is still open. They are literally the worst. The delivery drivers don?t do there job, the store itself doesn?tprepare the orders in a timely manner. It?s insane. Do NOT order from here. Ordered for my family tonight. Delivery took over an hour (fine, it's Friday) but they were missing half... the order. So I call the delivery guy and he tells me they don't have it so they have to go back to the store so, what anotherhour until I get it? He promises me he'll be back with my food in 30 minutes. Over an hour later he shows up. Guess what theydidn't bring - my whole order. Guess what they did deliver - a half eaten pizza! I call, the woman who answered says, "wellwe're really busy right now". Hands the phone to a manager who tells me, "Sorry about that we'll refund the $8 pasta dish" Areyou kidding!?!? Read more
Worse place to order from. Every order I have made they screw it up. The employees need to pay attention to detail. They always... forget the extra dips I pay for. They say they going to bring it. It never comes and I?m not even refunded for not receivingthose items. I should sue for them for ripping off the customers. This is bad business and I do not recommend anyone to buy fromhere until it?s management does it?s job to manage their employees and hold accountabilities for poor service with orders notbeing fulfilled correctly. So me and my family ordered pizza at 10:15pm. Its now 11:45 and we STILL have not received our pizza. Like normal people we... decided to call them. Called them 5 times no answer at all. Called the 6th time finally picked up and the employee tells me hecannot deliver to my address. I was confused as to why the order went through in the first place. And after all that I wasasking simple questions and he hung up on me. Called 3 more times and a new employee picks up saying a different story sayingthere is only 1 driver and she has 4 more orders in front of us. So We cancelled the ordered and I told her to wait at the endof the call twice because I had questions and she hung up too just like the previous employee. Worst customer service I haveever experienced and my family did not eat any dinner. I wish I could give zero stars because I highly advise you to avoid thisdominos. Read more
This store is nasty if less than a 1 was possible I would give it. How are you still in business your store is nasty and all... old images. And you sold my family burnt bread twist. No garlic on the crust. I had to drive back there for fresh ones and all Igot was sorry. Glad I never followed up on my app with you. Disgusting you give the brand a bad image. pizza looked like garbage, and was undercooked like crazy. would literally fall apart when you picked up, not even cut properly.... basically had to argue for a refund and they asked for their pizza back like we were going to eat it?? disgusting. managerrefused to come to the phone after we asked twice. unbelievable Read more
Whenever you order at night the pizza is cooked too hard, not enough cheese or sauce. Not good very overcooked. Management need... to oversee people spend their money here and they should get what they paid for..... Please look into this Read more
