My favorite Indian food place. The food is so tasty and the meat is always tender.

I order from here often but I will no longer because the portions don?t reflect the price. They?re cheap and stingy! I order a... chicken masala per usual, which comes with rice, and I also order nan on the side. I paid $21 for a small container with barelyany chicken and soggy naan. When I call about the missing rice container they tell me that it was close to closing and that theyhad run out of rice? I placed my order at 8:50- they close at 10. The right thing to do would?ve been to call me and ask if I?mwilling to pay full price for an order with a missing item not just charge me full price and be stingy with the portions on topof that. Chicken Madras looked very strange, but turned out delicious. Garlic Naan was soggy with raw garlic flavour. They need to find a... new name for the goat biryani they serve. It is wasn't a biryani. Rice and goat tossed in chilli oil! Seeing so many 5starreviews for this place, I believe I should try this place once again to see how good is the food. Maybe, my experience turnedbelow average, due to the time I choose to be there(10:00pm). Read more

We were looking forward to coming here for quite sometime because of the rave reviews but boy were we disappointed. We went on a... Wednesday a little before 1:30pm. We figured the lunch rush would be dying down but still have enough options for their buffet.Nope. When we arrived we 1st thought it was closed. It was dark, empty and everything was filthy. They said it would take aminute for them to clean a table for us so we took that opportunity to check out the items at the buffet. There were barely anyoptions, only veg and didnt like appetizing or appealing. We decided to order from the menu instead. Surely after reading thereviews that would be our best bet. I ordered the sampler platter and my husband ordered the Chicken Biryani. The biryani wasmediocre at best. What upset us the most was being charged $11.99 for a "sampler platter" that was dry, oily, over fried andonly had about 10 little pieces. Not worth the price. While we were waiting I noticed the person cleaning the other tableswould check if the glasses on a clearly dirty table were used. If it wasnt obvious that they were dirty he would reset the tableusing the same glasses. I dont know about you but I didnt feel comfortable drinking out of their glasses not knowing if theywere touched or even sipped on by a previous customer. Mind you, I've been to my fair share of Indian restaurants around theworld and this by far has been the most disappointing one. Read more

This is our third time visiting. We try something new each time we go. Never been disappointed. Everything we ordered taste... great. All 3 times we had the same server. He is very patient and will take the time to explain menu items. Its BYOB. Nottoo expensive. The pictures below show everything we ordered and all for $120. Four of us were able to eat til full. And wehad lots of nann leftover. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that over the last 2 years the place looks run downinside. It can use a new coat of paint. And perhaps some remodeling so that each table feels more private and cozy. Read more

I love this little restaurant- I have been there close to ten times and every time they have been amazing. Every dish, every... time. I don't routinely eat out, especially Indian food, because more often than not the food is disappointing and a watereddown, westernized imitation. This place has been an exception the food is tasty, authentic, the staff is friendly especially theowners. The food is cooked by the mother of the owner and owner herself and they are happy to customize it to the way you wishif you have any dietary restrictions. I have and would continue to recommend this place to my friends and family. Read more

Very Bad food. Okay-ish customer service. The gravy was watery and the serving bowls were half filled. After we were served the... appetizers, it took them over 40 mins to get us the main course. Malai kofta ($11.99) came with 3 small cheese balls.Unbelievable. Paneer Makhni was so salty, it almost gave us a high blood pressure. When we complained about salt and quantity, the kitchen staff bluntly refused to acknowledge it. Also, the manager referred to her staff as "kids" and said they didn't knowmuch. They had a bigger party of more than 10 people at that time, hence they gave them preference over us since we were only 5people. I think they are way too full of themselves and think people would go there no matter what, but they probably don'tknow that customers are not stupid. The only person who was sensible was a guy who tried to understand our frustration butsince their lady manager was so unprofessional, there was not much he could do as a waiter. Never going back and would notrecommend this place to anyone who likes indian food, and especially not to anyone who is looking to try Indian cuisine sinceyou're only going to be fooled. Its just spices and water. No flavor. Go on your own RISK!! Read more
