Our family usually loves Luciano's, it's where we have enjoyed some of our most special milestones. But, when we went yesterday,... it was AWFUL! It took us 20 minutes to get a waiter, when the restaurant was empty. Then our drink order took another 20-25minutes. It took us an additional 30 minutes to get our appetizers. Then, it took about 75 minutes to get our main course. Ifully understand that they could have been short staffed, but our waiter did not even come to the table once during these 75minutes. He simply hung out by the kitchen. When our food finally came, it was very good. I love the food from Luciano's, butthe whole experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The waiter was awful and did not even apologize once for the delay.If he had been apologetic, I would not be writing this review. When we asked for the check, it came out within 2 minutes!Luciano's is one of my favorite restaurants, but the service that we received was awful and terrible. This needs to be fixedASAP! Read more
I had my 50th birthday party at Luciano’s… I was so impressed with the service and the food. Everyone at the party loved the... food, their stake, chicken Marsala and cold and hot antipasto trays dishes were to die for. I have never received so manycompliments on a place I had a party at. Thank You Luciano’s for making my birthday party a success… can’t wait to gothere just for dinner. American take on Italian food. Quite tasty and big portions. Enjoyed the primo (vodka pasta) very much. Had a group of 20 people... and mixed drinks were not the highlight of the evening, service was mixing up the regular and virgin orders and wait times werebeyond 20 minutes. Read more
