Our family usually loves Luciano's, it's where we have enjoyed some of our most special milestones. But, when we went yesterday,... it was AWFUL! It took us 20 minutes to get a waiter, when the restaurant was empty. Then our drink order took another 20-25minutes. It took us an additional 30 minutes to get our appetizers. Then, it took about 75 minutes to get our main course. Ifully understand that they could have been short staffed, but our waiter did not even come to the table once during these 75minutes. He simply hung out by the kitchen. When our food finally came, it was very good. I love the food from Luciano's, butthe whole experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The waiter was awful and did not even apologize once for the delay.If he had been apologetic, I would not be writing this review. When we asked for the check, it came out within 2 minutes!Luciano's is one of my favorite restaurants, but the service that we received was awful and terrible. This needs to be fixedASAP! Read more
I had my 50th birthday party at Luciano’s… I was so impressed with the service and the food. Everyone at the party loved the... food, their stake, chicken Marsala and cold and hot antipasto trays dishes were to die for. I have never received so manycompliments on a place I had a party at. Thank You Luciano’s for making my birthday party a success… can’t wait to gothere just for dinner. Shout out to your staff, they were young but so professional and pleasant, they interacted with everyoneand were great! Read more
American take on Italian food. Quite tasty and big portions. Enjoyed the primo (vodka pasta) very much. Had a group of 20 people... and mixed drinks were not the highlight of the evening, service was mixing up the regular and virgin orders and wait times werebeyond 20 minutes. Read more
the attention was excellent from start to finish, they have a choice of wines for all tastes and I loved the food and the... dessert thanks to the 20-year-old waiter of Dominican nationality for his great attention equal to the 16-year-old waiter theydefinitely liked them I recommend this place Read more
My first time eating at Lucianos and it was a nice experience. It is nice and clean on the inside and they have great service.... The servers Jordyn and Skylaar were Amazing! Thank you so much ladies for making me and my boyfriend experience even better!Additionally, we ordered the 16oz ribeye and Fra Diavolo and calamari. Our entrees tasted amazing and was a big portion size! Wealso tried the nutty almond joy dessert and gelato which were also sooo good! Read more
Severely understaffed/poor management. Our server got berated by the manager in front of guests - not cool. Service was slow -... the drinks were so so, but the food was actually quite tasty. My rack of lamb was cooked to perfection, even if the risotto wasa bit over salty. During the course of the meal, they forgot to deliver a drink we ordered and failed to take it off the check,even though we specifically told them my husband didn't get his drink. It was eventually rectified. We also kept having to askfor water refill. The highlight of the evening was a young woman of color who I think was more of a busser (dressed in allblack, no khakis), showed more interest in how we were doing than our server. She literally saved the tip from going below 15%.Despite a delicious meal, the evening was marred by mediocre service and poor management. When we left, there were three peopleon the podium/hostess stand - one of them should've been pulled off and put on the floor. Oh well - not sure I would eat hereagain. It was my first time at Luciano’s and it was great all around. I was looking for a place to celebrate my anniversary and my... friend recommended coming to Luciano’s. I’m happy I did because the service and food was exceptional. I loved theatmosphere. Read more
