The owner of this business needs to retrain the employee who worked on November 19th at 7pm. This employee was extremely rude,... unpredictable and unprofessional. I walked in and i ordered lots of foot long sandwiches for my family, I asked him to addcondiments such as extra onions and green peppers and cucumber and i was willing to pay for it, unfortunately he claims he wouldnot be able too, so I asked again if he does not do as i ask I would leave without paying for it. Please retrain this employeeotherwise social media will shut you down and things are difficult as it is. After I left it seems that he also had issues witha second customer who he also left over refilled drinks that he would not allow him to refill for crying out loud there drinksthe customer is a paying customer ordering 2 sandwiches, if I was that employee let him have it because he is likely to comeback again. Please retrain him and I will test him again and see if he does right this time and then I will change my ratingsthanks. Read more
On more than one occasion the open sign is on and lit I walk in and I am told I have to wait another hour. You try to order... online the store doesn?t take orders until 11am or so. I think they can do better if they are more disciplined and punctual. Read more
I just went there to get my lunch there is a kid 2years omg so rude he argue with me just because I told him to add lettuce... after and he put alot mustard and I told him just little like very rude he dosen't have any customers service at all . Every time I go here they have such a bad attitude the girl always has a attitude problem & so does the boy, I walk in very... polite & friendly and they act like they mad at the world. Very poor customer service. There sandwiches are pretty good for themost part but sometimes they put way too much pepper and I feel it is because they have a attitude. Read more
I kept hearing about Subway tunafish. So I decided to try it. This was yesterday June 3rd 2020. The Subway in Rahway, Nj, this... guy was so interested in his phone,also his friend that was there. The service was terrible! This guy was distracted. This guybarely put any tunafish on the sandwich. From what I could get, the sandwich tastes ok. Read more

There is this one big lady that works there and she makes the worse sandwiches ever she throws the veggies on the bread and... makes a messy sub, always got a attitude and makes mean faces. She needs to get fired because this subway was better when shewasn't working. Also come during the time when you see anyone working because they know how to make a sub right and delicious. Read more
