Good product but poor management / customer service. Went to buy a mini ham this morning and they were out. Only 3 hams to pick... from in the entire store. If your main product is ham, then you should stock it. I pointed out the young man that the smallestthey had was 50% larger than I wanted, I asked if he could apply a coupon against it. I was told no, they don't do that. Hiswhole attitude was take it or leave it. I would guess that they have a fairly narrow client base willing to spend $70 on a ham -not at a holiday. He seemed to be going out of his way to ensure that this one does not come back. We used to shop in the Oxfordlocation and were pleased when the same owners opened this. However, whoever is responsible for staffing and stocking is lettingthem down. Read more
