My friend and I recently had the good fortune to stumble upon this charming little cafe' and bakery while traveling through the... area. I had the chicken salad croissant - my "go to" fave when I am out and my friend had the fresh mozzarella and tomatosalad. Both offerings were tasty and served very quickly. However, what really stands out at this little gem tucked away inRainelle, WV is the experience you have while dining here. You are greeted with a genuine smile immediately upon entering andit's just a cozy, inviting place to spend a bit of time. Fruits of Labor Cafe' .... your actions are intentional and thegoodness in your hearts is readily evident. Oh, and hey, those fresh cinnamon rolls and giant nut and fruit cookies....were todie for! Cute cafe in mountains of West Virginia! Chili was good as well as the brussel sprouts with cheese. Service was excellent!
What a great little cafe. I stopped by here the other day with my son and a friend after shopping at the thrift store next door.... We ordered off the Lunch Special chalkboard. I had the braised Italian sausage with the cheesy broccoli and a house salad(pictured). My oh my that was delicious! The food came fairly quickly, the wait lady was super, and all the food was visuallyappealing and very very tasty. Oh and by the way... they had a large glass case of homemade pastries that were way too hard topass up. I got a generous portion of cheesecake and a bag of fresh peperoni rolls. Excellent.
