No issues, good was fresh and the drive thru was quick. Order was correct and the staff were pleasant.
Whatever you do don't go in to order or you will just be ignored till they feel like taking your order..now I know why the drive... thru it always backed up to the entrance because you can get your food faster that way no matter if your the car at the end ofthe line than it is going in and ordering.. We got two happy meals and a deluxe chicken sandwich. They didn't even put a burger in one of the happy meals just a little bit... of fries and nothing else. And the deluxe chicken had little to no lettuce and just a big ol gob of mayo. Not even worth it! Read more
Nasty.Paid almost $50 for meals for my granddaughters and myself and the nuggets taste like they were made yesterday and the... fries were cold and gross. Big Macs were slimy and the chocolate shakes taste like they were half water. Would have gave thiszero stars of I could've. Read more
It's McDonald's, but I wanted to give it a rating simply to compliment the employees. They were the most polite, spirited and... professional fast food workers I've seen in a long time! They smiled and were quick. It felt really nice. Read more
WARNING - visit the Rainelle, WV McDonald's location of an evening at your own risk of wasting your money and waiting extended... periods of time on poorly prepared menu items by staff that simply don't seem to care. Used the mobile order & pay this eveningto place an order. When I 'checked in' at curbside there wasn't a sole in the drive-thru, didn't appear to be anyone at theinside counter, and the app indicated an expected wait time of five (5) minutes. Twelve (12) minutes later an employee broughtout a bag containing sandwiches & fries, but no drinks. After confirming that the items in the bag were correct, she returnedto get the drinks that were ordered. Upon handing me the paper bag, I looked inside and was disappointed to see that themajority of the fries were not in the container, but spilled throughout the bag. I think it's inexcusable for a bag of fooditems to look this disheveled when delivered such a short distance by an employee. Items appear as if they're just thrown intothe bag without any thought being given as to how to properly place multiple food items in a bag. And then to forget the drinkportion of the order is just inexcusable, especially when there wasn't many customers during this timeframe. I also didn'trealize that stock condiments on a sandwich needed to be special ordered if you'd like to actually taste them. It's either thator the price of ketchup has skyrocketed for the lack of ketchup on both the quarter pounders w/cheese that I was served. McDonald's, you shouldn't have go to the refrigerator and get items that are supposed to be on the sandwich in order to eat. Iguess it's good for you that you don't have a lot of competition in this area, however I will be taking my business elsewhereduring the evening hours.
