LAST TWO ORDERS FROM PIZZA HUT IN RAINELLE HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE. FIRST ORDER WAS WINGS WHICH GAVE MY SON FOOD POSIONING. THIS... ORDER THE GREASE WAS SWIMING ON EVERYTHING AND TASTED AS IF IT WAS OLD OR PANS HADNT BEEN WASHED FROM PREVIOUS ORDERS. THE CRUSTWAS TO HAVE BEEN DEEP DISH IT HADNT RAISED AND WAS LIKE TRYING TO EAT RAW DOUGH WITH RAZOR BLADES IN IT. I AM ON FIXED INCOMEAND THIS WAS OUR 1 TREAT FOR THE MONTH, WHICH WE COULDNT EAT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY MUCH LESS AFRIEND. POORLY DONE HIGHLY PRICED. I BET IF HEALTH DEPT WOULD CHECK OIL EITHER ISNT BEING CHANGED OR PANS OR BEING USED WITH OLDOIL STILL ON FROM PREVIOUS ORDERS EITHER WAY IT IS NASTY. USED TO BE A DECENT PLACE NOT NOW. Ordered by phone, when a friend went to pick up, they didn't have it, said I hadn't ordered it...this wasn't a case of the order... being in the wrong name. Later that night, when I was finally able to reach them on the phone, they wouldn't refund my creditcard, said I had to return with it in person to get a refund. This is not true! Every business capable of charging your cardis capable of refunding to it, whether the card is there or notl I just disputed the charge. Read more
The pizza was the best pizza I have ever had very friendly staff even when they are being slammed with orders
The staff is friendly but they rarely ever get my order correct. They did however credit me for my order 1 time which I thought... was respectable. Clean establishment. No dine-in area. Read more
I was greeted when I walked in with a smiling face. I stood in line to be asked, are you here for pickup? It is rare these days... to see a smiling face & a nice personality. I highly recommend Rainelle Pizza Hut. Read more
