I'm giving them 5 stars for the Texas double whopper. It is the best burger that I've ever had.
Whoever the manager was working on 7-28-22 needs to learn how to treat customers. I ordered and waited 30 min just for the 3... orders behind me to get theirs first. Then when I finally asked politely and they finally started making mine, then manager toldthe cashier to give the ppl behind me 2 cookies for having to wait ! Are you serious??? I had to keep my 5yr occupied for 45 minwhile we waited and kept getting picked around. All we had was a 8pc chicken nugget and fries. Not that hard right! Read more
I'm giving only 3 stars for this burger king in Rainsville because we ordered online and just got in drive through we still had... to wait. When we did get our order it wasn't right and barely warm. Had to go inside to get a order of fries and onion ringsthat they left out. Got back to car and seen that they had not gave us but 1 sweet and sour sauce for 16 piece nuggets. So hadgo back in to get our sauces. Read more
The people here are always so nice and get your food ready quick. Of the 2 Burger King's in this area( Another is in Ft.Payne),... this is the absolute best! I highly recommend it and the food is cooked well and tastes great ????! Read more
I door dashed from here, I asked for a bacon king and got a whopper I asked for extra things that add money to the order in... another sandwich, by the time I got my food(not entirely there fault) the condensation ruined the cup holder and all the drinksfell through all in all robbing me of 18$ in total Read more
I eat at this Burger King about once a week, and I've always had good experience. Like most places, they've had worker... shortages resulting in longer wait times. Definitely not the fastest drive thru, but I've never had an order wrong or subparthere in the past three years. Read more
Brought it to their attention on more than one occasion of how filthy their windows are. The only excuse was sorry our truck... hasnt ran both times so we have no windex????????! SOAP AND WATER CUTS GREASE ???????? Read more
Waited at the ordering place at burger King for 20 minutes behind a car...they are always so slow! I'm just not going to go back... there. It's a headache.didnt even have but 4 cars at the whole place so they wasn't busy....I hope the GM steps up and doessomething bc my family loves bugerking...wouldn't suggest this location to anyone thou.
