I ordered online before I left my house. I live less than 2 miles from sonic. Tried to check in on arrival but something was... amiss with the app. I pressed the buzzer and told the lady about my order and she assured me she would bring it out. 1 hourlater I inquired again. The young guy brought me my order. Cold as if it had been sitting around because they just forgot aboutme. No offer to make it over, just send out the cold food. Must be either new non caring management or no management at all.What a disgrace. If I could change the star rating it would be 1 star. Read more

Stopped here to get a tea because it was happy hour from 2-4 PM where drinks are 50% off. My husband got a medium grape slush +... a Nerds candy add in for only $1.50! I got a 44oz unsweetened strawberry tea for less than $2! Great deal and this is thefastest Sonic I've ever been to. Read more
Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito for my wife only to receive this. They cleaned off the griddle and put the nasty burnt... stuff into her food. Appreciate that. I won?t be back. Read more
I spent 15 dollars this morning at this sonic. I ordered 2 toasters and 2 tots, a coffee, and a coke. the tots were DRIPPING in... grease and so were the toasters. Everything on the toaster was burnt. The grease was disgusting and it got everywhere. I willnot ever be going back to the sonic in Rainsville. Fort Payne sonic is much better and have never had any problems. If Iwould?ve had time this morning I would?ve complained. I would never allow that to happen. Read more
