NICE STAFF, VERY FAST AND FOOD IS GREAT!
Went last night 7/23/22. To the Rainsville Alabama store. The older lady put 5 meatballs on my footlong . Ask for extra... meatballs nope but got charged for extra meatballs n extra veggies. It wasn't good. Same lady made my husband foot long pizzasub ask for double meat also didn't get it but got charged for it. Extra veggies was charged. Wasn't happy at all . So guess nomore subway for us. Unless scottboro subway is better. Don't go to fort payne or henager for the same reason . Not good customerservice . N sorry food Read more

An employee greeted me by making rude comments about my appearance, questioning me about what I was wearing. (A simple beanie)... She waited until I told her I was using it to hide my bad hair day until she would serve me. - It was so embarrassing, making mefeel self conscious in front of the other customers and employees. I've never had this happen to me before, and I wasabsolutely dumbfounded! All I wanted was to quickly and politely order a sandwich in peace. Hopefully the franchisee sees this,because this employee managed to make me wary of one the few good places to eat around here, I doubt I'll be back for a while. Read more
I was coming through town and we decided to stop at a subway let me tell you. **** Avoid this place **** This is the nastiest... disgusting Subway I have ever been to.There were pieces of cold steak mixed in with the chicken the lettuce was the disgusting.looking and the counter where they make our sandwiches were filthy discussing. They don't even clean up after making yoursandwich. Every table you sit down to eat at had food crumbs on it.Who ever owns this subway needs to clean house get someonethat takes pride in your business. Read more
I've had nothing but bad luck with this location! There are these 2 older women working there during the day that are very under... trained! Don't listen as people are giving requests on what they would like on their food! I found blood on the floor where youcash out! Last 3 visits where poor they can't even keep the fountain drinks up to par,taste, cleansiness! I will no longer eatat this location! Calling the health department! We placed an online order and when my husband got there it wasn't ready and the 2 girls working got really ugly with my husband... and they were very unprofessional! They were mad because it was game night and they had been busy all evening and they wereusing fowl language! One customer left because of the girls attitudes ! They did every order in the store before doing our order, then got mad because they ran out of meatballs and got ugly with Matt and told him he would have to wait 11 more minutes ! Read more
