I did a online order 9/15/22. I received my food and made it home to find out it wasn't right and the shells for the pizzas was... fried in old grease. It wasn't good. But, things happen. Called up there to let them know and the manager was super nice. Toldus he would give us our money back or replace it. We live a good 30 mins away so we didn't make it back there until today,9/20/22. Get there and ask for the manager that we talk to on the phone, he wasn't there. The manager that was there said it wasfine and she would make it. The guy running drive thru and front counter, amazing! So sweet and a very friendly attitude. Thingshappen, it's all about how it's handled and they handled it very well. Read more
The young lady at the counter was nice and friendly. More than patient with me and a huge shout out to the line workers who... caught their mess up and corrected it rather than just sending it on with out a care. Good job, happy customer here! Read more

5/22/22 update: I was very excited for the return of the Mexican pizza, but very disappointed to pay almost $6 for this...
I'm going to tell you right now...I don't know if I've ever given a fast food joint a 5 star...but, I was traveling back from... GA, my family had several emergencies. I ordered 2 soft and 2 hard shell taco supremes, asked for 10 fire and 10 hotsauces....Y'all I literally can not remember in my later adulthood where I have had food as it should be from a fast foodrestaurant, there was a good amount of meat, the tacos were full of ingredients, the staff was so nice. It's a good Taco Bell. Best at food freshness and temp as far as Taco Bells. Taco Bell is one of those corporate greed fast food... restaurants. Price gouging like Sonic. Read more
