Literally tasted like the hibachi i attempted and failed to make in my home with my little skillet. The white sauce is orange,... tangy and sweet like it should be eaten with my 10 piece nuggets. I used to frequent this place years ago back in my undergraduate days. They used to have sushi back then. This was my first... time getting the Beef Noodle Brisket Soup ????. It was the large bowl and that should been named ?Massive? because it is prettydarn big. I got my spicy, which unbeknownst to me meant it was flavored with a red chili oil. (Look ????at my shirt pic) Thebowl was extremely tasty. I loved the picked vegetable blend they put on top. However, there were too many noodles. I wantedmore of the broth. Even still this is one of the best dishes I?ve had here. I remember their rice dishes were not thatflavorful years ago. Judging by the ambience and pics on menu it still looks pretty consistent. The noodles here are not bad, but I don?t think the steak fried with vegetables is tasty.
Treat for myself for a nice section of classic Taiwanese street food tonight: Taiwanese beef noodle soup, potstickers, and... Taiwanese popcorn chicken.
