We had lunch there today and the food was fantastic and the servicer (Milton) was amazing. We usually skip Applebees because our... local location in wake forest isn?t good and has little hope when stopping here today but we were pleasantly surprised with thedelicious food and wonderful service. Terrible expierence. The our server did her best. She was not the problem. The sweet tea was not sweet. Pepsi was flat. Some... foods was good while others were warm. And no one helped our server who was new to this job. Worst Apple Bee's ever. Read more
Arrived 10 minutes early for our scheduled curbside delivery. After 5 minutes past our scheduled til of 730 i decided to go in... to check and it turnes out they gave our order to someone else. It then took about 30 minutes for our order (1 burger and half arack of ribs) the food was cooked fine but that mix up and wait really ruined the whole thing. Read more
Great food, great service. Felt bad for our waiter because the staffing was clearly an issue. He had at least 15 tables and was... being over worked by the host. This day and age sucks for the working class and it shows. Read more
The host was very personable and inviting. They appeared to be short staffed but he sat us fairly quickly. Our waitress was nice... and attentive. Our food was brought out quickly and was hot and tasty. The ribs just never have enough meat on them. Overall thefood, service and atmosphere is good. We would recommend this as a place to dine. This used to be the spot before the pandemic hit. 1st time dining at any restaurant since it all popped off. Food was still good... but the service was sluggish and the place was damn near empty. I dont know if it was our server or if they had staff shortages.Took about 15 mins before the server greeted us. Another 20 mins before she came back to take drink orders. We sat so long weforgot we were celebrating Nanna's 80th birthday, which they did nothing special for her. The table that arrived 30 mins afterwe did placed their order and got their food before we ordered apps. By the time we got our apps we were freezing and ready togo. If it wasnt for the fact that our server did not charge us for the refills on the non alcoholic beverages and they broughtback the chicken wonton tacos, I probably wouldnt have tipped. Read more
The food was good but service could have been better. There was hardly any customers there when we went but had to wait over... 45mins just to get drinks. The staff was slow. The waiter we had was friendly however and apologized for the delay. Read more
