We love bojangles, but this location is quickly going down hill for service! We had to wait 11 minutes from the time we ordered,... to get to the window. There was only 2 cars in line. The employees never ask a car to pull up, they just let them sit at thewindow, clogging up the line. Then the young guy at the window forgot one of our drinks (we ordered 4 dinners). Ok no problem. We checked the boxes... none had the sauces we requested. So we ask for honey mustard. They are all out of honey mustard... okwe ask for 3 BBQ and 1 ranch. We get 2 BBQ.!? After flagging him down again, we get the remaining sauces. We also asked for adrink tray for the 4 drinks and the guy had difficulty finding them. All the while there are 5 cars behind me. Read more
This used to be a really good Bojangles a few years ago. My chicken was cooked twice and dried out, french fries were soggy, ... coleslaw was warm. It was not edible. I won't be back. Read more
The service was good, we got our food quickly. However, the staff weren't very friendly. The food was extremely dry, and not... hot. I've always liked the spices that Bojangles uses for their chicken. The chicken always tastes really good. But it was justvery dry. Read more
I always enjoy eating at this Bojangles. They have a lot of parking and the dining room is big. The staff keep the dining area... clean. I've always had good experiences interacting with the employees and the food is always good. I recommend checking itout when it's "Bo Time". :-) Read more
Stopped here this past friday on the way to downtown Raleigh. I got about a mile down the road before I opened the box and was... astonished at the size of the supremes. I can understand supply chain issues and how things change. But $7 for these piddlylooking things, they are more nuggets than strips. Usually if they are this undersized every other Bojangles ive been to willgive you an additional strip or atleast a few that are decent sized. Might have been less of a deal if these were actuallyfresh, instead they were lukewarm at best and had clearly been sitting under the warmer for too long. Moral of the story, if youare going to serve smaller supremes at this higher pricepoint, then atleast have them hot and fresh. If I had checked them whilein the lot or disnt have somewhere to be then I definitely would havetaken them back to at the very least get hotsupremes. Bojangles, you have got to do better! Read more

Not too impressed. Staff was ok but they messed up our order and there was no seasoning on the fries.
