Wow. Sorry to see how this place has declined. It looks run down with bags of trash stacked up. I felt so bad for the wonderful... gal who took my order. No more in house dining?? Lost the Wow! Once upon a Time a man could surprise his family with Boston market and be crowned the best dad/husband in the... world. That ended today with a very mediocre meal from Boston market. Admittedly it was my first time back since the pandemic.I ordered ahead and everything was hot and ready but the chicken was just not quite as juicy and flavorful, The mac and cheesewas just not as cheesy, and the creamy spinach was just not as creamy and seemed to have no garlic. It was just okay. They hadno cranberry sauce in the store either. No longer was Boston market the Olympic winner of takeouts, while it was not horribleit has been regulated down to a high school track and field winner so to speak. Perhaps this location was just short staffbecause the dining room was closed and perhaps they were doing their best and the food was hot again I would point out... But mydisappointment was just so much that it led me to put this lengthy review and I probably will not be giving them another try. Read more
I hate leaving a 3 but the service has declined here. If it weren't for Augustine, I would never return. I know he's had trouble... keeping good employees. I usually order a whole chicken all white every 1-2 weeks. The last 2 times I ordered them through DoorDash and both times received just a whole chicken cut in quarters. I paid extra to the tune of $17, in order to get 4 breasts.The receipt on the bag was correct both times but the orders weren't. Please pay better attention to third party orders. Thereis no excuse for this to happen twice in 3 weeks. I completed the survey like I always do. The 1st time I didn't request anyonecontact me but I did on the 2nd one. I never heard from anyone. Door Dash made it right, so that wasn't why I wanted a call butsomeone needs to address these issues to get this location back on track. Read more
Great customer service at this location! The gentleman who served us was helpful and friendly. He made great recommendations.... We are originally from Maryland and we do not care for Boston Market restaurants in Maryland, but we were given a gift card sowe thought we?d take a chance at the Raleigh Boston Market. This was the far most worst experience ever plan to get thanksgiving dinner before I work tonight so the website was shutdown... early I guess for online order so I called they said to come at 10 get there it was one big circus mess catering online orders all at once so we the people who didn?t order had to wait in line till 11 and then they said 12 cars were lined up were alloutside in a line it was horrible terrible unorganized service ever.
