This is the worst Chipotle I have ever gone to. There is one specific guy (tall) there that is always rude. I asked for a steak... salad and he put chicken on it. I nicely corrected him and he put a few sprinkles of beef on top. I said in a very nice tone,"I'm sorry but I don't like chicken, I just want steak on my salad." He was angry and threw it away. I then asked a steakburrito for my son. He decided to punish me for not having the chicken. I uploaded the photo of a $10 steak burrito and it wasmostly rice. I didn't even get angry that there wasn't any guacamole last time or that the tables are always messy and you haveto clean them yourself. Honestly, get new management or we're done. Read more

The staff and managers are really rude here. I?m not sure if they are under a high amount of stress at this location, (and if... so, I hope corporate can support them and give them better working conditions ASAP,) but they take out their frustrations on thecustomer and make getting something to eat a hectic experience.
