Nice bagels with 5 simple ingredients (that?s the brand promise), but the concept of Brand Integrity doesn?t seem to be familiar... to Bruegger?s Bagels management. Everything else beyond bagels that they sell (and that?s a list) doesn?t follow the Cleaningredients promise. Their muffins use Sodium Propionate preservatives and a ton of other unhealthy ingredients they claim theynever use for bagels. Where?s consistency? Read more

Yes the bagels are bomb, but THE SERVICE?!? Yall... these people are SO. FRICKEN. SWEET! I almost hugged the cashier the last... time I went! They're kind! First timer. Small insignificant confusion at first with line formation for order. No problem, so I thought, but the guy taking... my order seemed quite impatient for what amounted to a 2-3 second delay. Just seemed the unpleasant attitude was uncalled for.Regardless, the breakfast sandwich itself was delicious. Came because a friend said good things about the food and wassatisfied. I?ll probably be back at some point and if the service is more pleasant, I?d be happy to change to 5 stars, knowingpeople have their off days at times. Read more
If I could give them no stars I would. I went in last week for breakfast on my way to work. My first time ever going there so I... was unfamiliar with the layout. I wasn?t sure if I was supposed to order at the register or at the counter first. A gentleman infront of me at the counter said he had already ordered so I?m waiting to be serviced looking at their menu. There were two whitegentlemen in front on me fixing food. Neither of them ever looked up at me or acknowledged me. An older white lady walked upbehind me and one of the white men ( older bald guy with a beige hat ) looked up at her and greeted her and was about to takeher order. There was a black gentlemen also working there. He looked at me and asked if I had ordered yet. I said no and helooked at the guy and said ?she was next? then the guy looks at me with an attitude and says ?oh well I can take whoever isnext? and throws his hands up. That was my first and last time ever going there and and being blatantly disrespected by anobvious racist. Bad business. Read more
