I?ve gone to this Burger King many times. But this time was the worst. They take forever to place your order. it wasn?t even... busy at all maybe three people. I went to the drive-in, window ordered, mozzarella sticks, and one Junior whopper. usually Icheck my order before I leave but I was in a hurry to get back to work. I?m not going to this location anymore. I started eatingthe junior whopper in the car on the way back to work. The burger was cold. How could that be? it was the cold as hamburger Igot ever in any drive-through restaurant not only that, but they didn?t give me mozzarella sticks. They gave me jalapeño cheesesticks. every time I ever went there were new employees. They must have a big turnover on employees. Anyway, don?t go to thislocation. 1st time there was a few weeks ago. Food make me feel nauseous. Gave it anothet try and got French toast sticks here this... morning and they taste spoiled. They were really really bad! BK aimed to please! I was not disappointed either. The line moved right along. Have you ever had that taste for a good... charcoal cooked burger, well I was not disappointed. BK delivered BIG TI M E! I really enjoyed the meal. The window Associategreeted me with a Smile and served my fries HOT ????! Now that's what I'm talking about! Go by and get the same...that's rightin Raleigh, NC. Terrible customer service, made to wait at drivethrough for a long time. Linger than usual. Charged me for a combo, and because... their soft rink selection was limited, I asked for a cup of ice. Charged me extra, and didn't give me the correct size that camewith the combo. Its just 10c but burger King is stealing from me just because they can. Ridiculous. Read more

Would not eat here! Manager is completely rude. He will rush you just for them to take forever to serve you your food. Your not... allowed to change or add anything to your order once you said it. Never seen nothing like this. They need to fire that manger! Read more
I used to rate this BK as 5 stars, but recently the service has gotten so bad. Waited in line for 20 minutes, had to argue with... an employee to get my order put in correctly, and then they still gave me someone else's food. Some of the workers put in aneffort but most of them don't seem to care at all. Read more
