We got the Shrimp and Lobster meal (no expectations on seafood). The meal should have had fries and coleslaw but that was... missing on both plates. We asked for it after showing the waiter the menu. The fries were coated with something for flavor butwere undercooked. The slaw was terrible. My dinner date ordered chocolate cake that was just about flavorless. We already spoke to a manager but last night a bunch of friends and I went to this location and had maria as our server, she was... so sweet and amazing! she was so nice and joked around with us even though she had been there since opening around this time itwas already midnight! Our waitress was very attentive. The food was good. My burger could have been better. It was way to salty. But that won't stop... me from coming back. But I do need to recommend turning the music down so we can hear each other talk without yelling at eachother. Not sure if they were having issues in the kitchen and short on wait staff but the experience overall was very subpar. Waiter... didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Order ended up being wrong. Ordered bacon cheeae fries and anyone from the cooksto the young lady who brought food to table had to ae that they were not appropriate to be served. My boyfriend and I visited here. We ordered wings, a burger meal, and the salmon salad for myself. Everything was tasty. My only... complaint is the heat on the outside part. Wife and I stopped in for a quick pint and Meal. Wasn't a horrifying experience by any means, but there's much better value to... be had less than a 5 minute walk in any direction. Place is In genuine need of a breath of life from somewhere, as there's noreason it should be garnering reviews like mine - The location and view are incredible, and the actual space is clean andrelatively well maintained (sports bar/craft beer focused) but the execution is lacking severely. Staffing issues were readilyapparant upon entry as well (given the wait, despite no crowd). Grabbed a classic, well distributed craft beer at the the barwhile we waited for a table outside (OMB Alt - pictured) and was served it in a filthy glass. Beer reeked of some combination ofdiacytyl and thioalcohols/bacteria (sweet movie theater butter and dirty gym clothes smells). 100% without a doubt a QA/draftline issue at service - I'd had the same beer served perfectly a day prior literally down the road. We eventually got seatedand waited around another 10 minutes with no acknowledgement and by then we were fairly turned off by the entire experience, anddecided to walk out. A real shame really as I've been in the craft beer industry for a while now and was excited to finally stopin here for a beer. Atomsphere definently felt more "dive bar" than craft focused despite the branding and reputation, andfrankly my experience entirely reflected that.
