Horrible customer service. If the restaurant doesn't close until midnight and the posted hours of operation are until midnight... then the kitchen should be open until then. I recently visited this location and was told at about 1120pm that the kitchen wasclosed and only the bar was open for drinks until close. We were able to observe multiple workers standing/sitting around in theestablishment and standing in the kitchen. All looked upset that we would like to eat during their posted hours of operation. Iwould suggest changing the restaurant hours if you do not plan to service customers during them or hire new employees that wantto work. Read more

Food and service excellent. Restruant upkeep would be a 2.5. I would go back but the condition, paint, dirty windows that look... months gone untended and so forth have me on the edge, but again the food is good. Makes me wonder if the public areas lookuntended, how must the prep area be. Read more

Ordered online and food was supposed to be ready at 8:02. It wasn?t ready until 8:35 & was missing a fry order. Was then told... that it was going to be an additional 10 minute wait. That 10 minute wait actually ended up being 20. They should?ve offered toredo the entire order at that point. So watered down drinks & cold food? Read more

Service was very slow food and drinks took a long time to come out even though restaurant was almost completely empty. Waitress... brought us plastic utensils. When we asked for silverware, she told us that silverware is always dirty so she prefers to handoutplastic. Our appetizer came with our food. We ordered a ranch burger with no onions. The burger came with onions so they took itback and told us they would redo it, the second burger also had onions so we just ended up taking the onions out. We alsoordered medium but the bottom patty was well done and the top patty was medium well. Floor in the entire place lookeddisgusting, like they never clean or mop. Read more

I have never been in a restaurant that was this dirty. Water was in the floor, it appeared as though they had a leaky roof. The... floor was also littered with tortilla chips. A table had a stack of boxes on it and a half eaten bowl of soup a worker wassitting at this table filling little sauce containers with some type of sauce. If I had seen the inside of this establishmentbefore placing an online order, I would have gone somewhere else. Read more

It is basic knowledge to close a restaurant when there's 2 staff members covering 25+ tables. Also, it's basic knowledge to hire... a respectful and experienced chef. The meals were not fully cooked. When a regular Chili's customer says this meal is not fullycooked, the chef should not argue and defend his stand and say yes it's fully cooked. This branch is managed unprofessionally. Idon't recommend anyone to visit this branch. It was super disappointing. A relative of mine manages a Chili's branch in Boston. This branch will fail horribly compared to the other branch. The reputation of this branch is ruined because of a decision madeto keep it open in this circumstance. I hope customers find this helpful. Read more

Waitress left while we were eating. She seemed really nice and explained the tip process and she thought it was unfair to share... with the cooks. My buddy and I are heavy tippers and planned on taking care of her. Then she actually left the restaurantwithout saying anything while we were eating as per another employee. Talk about irony. Well the manager took care of us andsaid she would address it. I would still go back but that was an odd experience. Read more
