Overall, the food and the service was okay. The rice is over cooked, mushy and everything else isn?t that flavorful. The... employees were not welcoming. However, an employee named AJ had great service. He was welcoming, friendly, & had a bubblypersonality. At the end, it resulted me getting a new bowl that was way better. I ALWAYS come to this chipotle but I just had the worst experience. I came in and got a chicken bowl, I?m checking out and the... girl who made my bowl tells the cashier I got double chicken? I did not get double chicken and I told the cashier I did not askfor that? the girl who made my bowl certainly did not put a double chicken portion either. Hands down the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. I?m paying around $20 for a burrito and it comes the size of a golf ball.... Chipotle really needs to implement better quality control. *Updated 9/4/2020* The steak in the burrito bowl was mostly fat and not chewable. The chips are still stale and soft. The... guacamole is completely brown because of being exposed to air for too long (see pic). There are more employees than customers ona Friday night. Too bad we can?t dine inside, otherwise I?d request a refund. Definitely don?t come here during the pandemic.Only one lady who is preparing the food and moving slower than a snail, one guy who is standing and glued to his phone, anotherlady who?s just sitting and who knows what world she?s in, and the cook who?s doing his own thing. $12 for a bowl and it?senough food to only feed a toddler, and not to mention the stale chips!
