This is the best Chipotle in the area. Food is always ready when ordered. The staff working are nice and efficient. The app... does not allow you to request dressing, but now when I walk in they recognize me and put my dressing in the bag. Every oneworking here needs a bonus. Read more
Whoever made the chicken yesterday afternoon(11/20) got a little too carried away with the spices. The chicken tasted like salt... and hot peppers. It was WAY too spicy, and so was the attitude up in there. Must be why the food tasted like fire. Read more
Me and my wife had the worst unprofessional....and very untrained....experience with the Genaral Manager Kristina Huxell.... Me... and my wife only wanted fresh chicken that was not burnt and very distasting....Because of General Manager Kristina Huxell beingin the back her lady cook was burning all of Chipotle meat on the grill that needed to be cleanedsufficiently????????????????.... we asked for Kristina Huxell General Manager to come to the front so we can ask for freshchicken and for the grill to be cleaned for other customers as well when she came to the front she told us that it's not herproblem! "Word for word" and said that we don't like it we can go to the Chipotle restaurant in White oak! which was verydiscouraging and upsetting as a customer here at Chipotle!.... She also made our experience very bad and truly embarrassing bycalling the police because we only wanted to have fresh chicken and a fresh good meal to eat before we got on the road for ourseminar! trip today!.... And because of this unfortunate situation we missed our seminar we were not on time the food still wasunsatisfying and by her being a general manager needs to be evaluated and discussed because she's very unprofessional very rudeand acted very utterly out of way to where no one will ever believe that she can ever manage a store because of her attitude andmood! ..... I am very unsatisfied my wife is very unsatisfied as well and it's been a horrible day and a Experience withKristina Huxell General Manager.... I?m gluten-free and when I ordered the employee happily changed her gloves (washed her hands before) and then the manager came... up, clarified I had an allergy and reminded her employee to follow me down the line!! It makes me feel so welcome and safedespite my illness - thank you! Read more
We eat at Chipotle restaurants often. This location is consistently sub-par, and tonight there was no one to take our order.
I can't say enough good about the staff. They were personable, friendly, and attentive to my requests and situation. They... handled my 3 orders with ease and exactly as requested. The food was also delicious! Just outstanding overall! My fav was howmy burrito bowls were marked identifying which was which. It was "Mom" and "His" which means they listened and personalized tomy "story." That is good customer service! Read more

Just another typical Chipotle. Not a fan of the access to this small plaza as you must have had some amazing karma in another... life to be able to take a left out of there while avoiding an accident. But this review isn't about the hazard getting there.It's more about the hazard after you've made it there. The caloric intake you are about to embark on eating the delicious foodat Chipotle.
