This place is great. The service and food is really good. They have the BEST smoked buffalo chicken wings! Such a treat! Their... kids menu is decent but a lot of fun! Lots of games and puzzles on it, it keeps my 4yo occupied for a while. The pizza isdecent, the crust is top notch. I have never had a bad meal, and sometimes I'm hard to please as i have a culinary background.Lastly, ample outdoor seating! If you're covid conscious, this is a place you need to check out. I went to Chow this evening with my fiancé, her two children and my son. I was kind of on my best behavior, so did not want to... complain. But I feel like I need to leave a review. Her youngest, seven years old, ordered a hamburger and fries. When it wasbrought out to the table, Half the burger was honestly missing and it was burnt. We showed the waitress, and she seemed confusedbut she decided to take it back to have another cooked for him. The picture is of the second burger that was sent out to us. Itwas burnt and it looked like it had a bite eaten out of it. Of course nobody wanted to eat it. This will be a place that wediscontinue frequenting. The service was not good. My son, who is 18, had an empty drink on the table. Our waitress didn?t askto have it filled once. We asked twice to have it filled but I think she forgot. My son eventually said don?t worry about it.The food was not good either. I did get a pizza and I?ll admit it wasn?t burnt. But it?s far from being a good pizza. The foodwas way overpriced for what we received. McDonald?s has a better cheeseburger than this place. I don?t want to be rude, but thefrench fries were bad and I?d rather have McDonald?s french fries too. For the record, I don?t eat McDonald?s. We won?t go backthere again. I?d strongly recommend others not to go either. I?m sorry for such a negative review but someone needs to help thatplace. I?ve left out other details, but this place was not good. I love Chow. The pizza is the best. The beers are always cold and the staff is excellent. This is our Go To place.
Had my first overdue visit which my only disappointment was that I haven't tried them sooner. Their menu has a great variety... from pizza to salads to wings to sandwiches and more... They have a great variety of beers and drinks as well. Our servers Caseyand Will were terrific with their recommendations. The brisket sandwich was absolutely amazing from the perfectly buttered andtoasted bread to the crisp pickles and juicy brisket with just the right amount of barbeque sauce and melted cheese. The wingswere crispy and crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Carolina dry rub was absolutely the best dry rub I think Ihave ever had on wings. The onion rings were breaded and fried to perfection. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Cobb salad which Iwill have to take her word for it but I think the best compliment I can give is that my son, the pickiest eater of all whichnever finishes a meal, polished off his entire meal of grilled cheese and sweet potato fries. Love this place. Great pizza, salad and the burgers are great. I also love how they do their fries. Get the portobello mushroom... fries as well, I get them every time. The chicken Parm sandwich and other chicken sandwiches are great too. Servers are alwaysnice and management is great. Even when a food order was wrong they've always made it right.
