I will never be coming here during the day again. Idk if I?m gonna come back at all. The vibes are so off with day shift, the... one lady who was there actually working with customers was SO SLOW. Took my ENTIRE lunch break for her to complete the onegentleman ahead of me and my order (both only had one mix in.) and when I tried to express that I was in a little bit of arush.. I sware she moved slower just to anger me. I work in customer service and I understand having an off day. But this ladywas beyond that. Night shift is way better.. TRUST me Read more

Cookie dough ice cream without any cookie dough bits, that?s called vanilla. They want to charge you for mixing in what should... be in the ice cream already! Cheap!!!! The people were nice though. Read more

Worker acknowledged my order and then ignored it. Literally ordered, they said ok and when I get to check out.. no order. They... were so lost as to what happened but made no effort to fix. I was with someone who got theirs and I didn?t feel like waiting toorder it again so I left. Overpriced trash in an area that?s gone downhill. (Place smells like sewage and is filled withgarbage) Interesting to hear everyone else seems to have a bad experience here. Read more

Bad experience. Super long lines, costumer service can be much better, no kids friendly, never coming back.

Not one smile and far from friendly. We ordered two ice cream cups & then I said I had a birthday cake to pick up and she asked... several times like an actual cake? Then proceed to go to back and bring it out & says is this your name & walked off. To top itoff HAPPY BIRTHDAY was not even on the cake like I requested. Also not even a thank you or have a good one. We will NEVER beback and will make sure we go to ice cream places that appreciate our business and are friendly. Read more

I can?t deny that the ice cream is good, but the customer service and ordering system is horrible. Not a single employee wore... masks, which is required by the store policy. I ordered a small icecream, but was served a medium, then charged the extra pricefor the employee?s mistake. I was in a group of three, but their system operates with one server taking every order in a group,rather than the employees working as a team. I had my icecream and was waiting to pay for the group (as other customers crowdedaround to pay as well) before the rest of my group had even begun to order. The employees were talking smack about othercustomers once they had left the building- loud enough for everyone to hear. The cashier rushed me through payment, so Iaccidentally handed him my debit card rather than my gift card. When I asked to refund the order and use the gift card, herefused to cooperate. I have worked in the foodservice industry myself, so I am not usually one to complain about employees whowork under stressful conditions. However, there is NEVER an excuse to not be polite and accommodating to customers. This was analtogether unpleasant experience. Read more
