Very disappointed with this location I come here every morning and normally they are great. Until today. They won?t take a 50... for a 23 dollar order. This Dunkin is horrible. Twice now they are out of cold brew and all specialty coffee. They didn't have but two people on staff,... so they claimed they couldn't even give me a bagel. The guy at the window had an "its not my fault, I dont care attitude". Iwould avoid this location like covid! I will never return to this location! I keep giving this Dunkin a chance but I keep getting let down. They are always out or certain donuts. Today I went and they... were out of two donuts I ordered and donut holes. This location does not pay employees their wages. I've been fighting for a year to get paid for the time I worked there. I've... spoke to the general manager, Bill. Customer service needs improvement. The place was not busy. It was our first time there and staff did not tell us food pickup... was by the ice cream counter. We stood around waiting and after 10 minutes when I approached cashier to ask what was taking solong, she asked to take my order (clueless even though we had been waiting in sight) Then she pointed out the order that hadbeen sitting by the icecream counter.
