We used Empire Eats Catering and bartending services for our wedding - and were very satisfied with the outcome! We ended up... getting the chicken marsala, penne pasta, biscuit bar, salad, rolls, and tiramisu. The food was delicious! We got manycompliments from friends and family! (Personally I could eat the tiramisu on repeat and never get bored of it.) The staff wasfriendly and easy to work with. We ended up doing BYOB for alcohol since the alcohol packages were a bit pricey - not sure howthey compared to other vendors. If you are comparing caterers in Raleigh - Empire Eats will not disappoint. Their food is farbetter then any other wedding we?ve attended - lucky us it was our own! Read more
I was stressing trying to find a restaurant to take 62 people for my sons rehearsal dinner (crazy amount I know). It was... literally impossible to find what I was looking for and then I decided to get it catered and use the church building. Kristinais who my contact person was. I've never found something so easy, they gave so many choices for so many different restaurantstoo. You don't even have to have the same salad at One restaurant if you didn't like your choice you could pick just the saladfrom another restaurant. I felt like she was just waiting for my emails because she responded so quickly every time and was sokind. I highly recommend this establishment for any catering needs. Empire Eats was AMAZING! They were so helpful during the entire wedding process, especially with multiple date changes! They... were very responsive and worked so hard to make our day run smoothly. On our wedding day, cocktails and dinner ran so smoothlyand they made sure our guests (and us!) were all taken care of. Through EE we were also able to rent dinnerware, linens andextra tables which was super helpful and easy. Kristina and Maria were our main contacts and they were so incredible. We're SO glad we chose Empire Eats for our catering!!! They were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire... experience (even with multiple wedding date changes). I also loved that they were able to handle all of our linen and glasswarerentals with CE rental- it just makes it a little easier to have one vendor to communicate with for both! Kristina was our mainpoint of contact through Empire Eats and she was the absolute SWEETEST!! She was always quick to respond to e-mails and justmade our experience so comfortable. We recently worked with Empire Eats who catered our clients wedding. Maria was very attentive to all communication leading up to... the event, answering any questions we had. On the wedding day, the catering team worked hard to make sure everything went offwithout a hitch. The lead, Liz, made sure her team was on time with the food, helped with cake cutting, and made sure everythingwas cleaned by the venues standards. Empire Eats recently catered a corporate nonprofit event for us, and they were so professional and helpful! They worked with us... on a rain plan, and they communicated really well before and during our event.
