Recently been looking for a new Chinese Restaurant in the Raleigh area. We decided to try this place out after reading all the... reviews. When we arrived they were extremely disrespectful. We we finally sat to eat, the first few bites of the sesame chickenwas filled with bones and the orange chicken had a metal wire in it. Very disappointed. Egg rolls were very good though. Read more
Rude service, hot and sour soup is good. Ordered Mongolian beef, there was almost no beef, just onions. Also got large moo goo... gai pan . Again mostly liquid and a few vegetables, very little chicken, and no fresh taste or flavor from the entree. Foraround $36 , and of course they don't give you a receipt. And they shorted me on a fried rice, which was ordered. Only stripcenter Chinese in the area, but don't go there. Read more

Went there just to try new food in the area and was disappointed. The fried rice was the worse I've ever had being some kind of... generic orange rice that probably came in a bag. The best tasting thing they provided was the steamed rice. Do yourself afavor and avoid. Read more
How is this place still open? The food and service are horrible. Most of it tastes like frozen food you get and make yourself.... What's up with never answering your phone and why does your red sauce taste like ketchup and cayenne pepper? There used to be agreat place down the road next to the Harris Teeter.... Handy's is hands down the best. The food is always hot and fresh! The value for the food is incredible. 7.25 for the lunch... special which includes a canned soda or GIANT cup of sweet tea! The portion of food was huge! Such a great inexpensive place. Isee a lot of reviews commenting on the service. I would say that it is not the friendliest service that one might expect, but Ithink people need to take into consideration cultural differences! I love this place they are quick and to the point! did not get ordered meal. restaurant blamed us and doordash. said we ordered wrong meal but receipt says differently. refused to... take responsibility. offered to swap food. unbelievable. return food that has been delivered and handled by unknown numbers ofpeople but only got a plate of some type of breaded chicken, very dry and awful. that was it. my meal of beef with veggies wasfine. they finally hung up on me because i insisted they refund my money. $15. well they can have it but they will not getanymore. more. just plain awful response Read more
